Producers of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray on Saturday and promised not to work with Pakistani actors in future.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil producer and director Karan Johar and producers’ guild president Mukesh Bhatt met Fadnavis and Thackeray to resolve the boiling tension surrounding the ban on Pakistani artistes and films starring Pakistani artistes.

Mukesh Bhatt said the meeting was positive and Karan Johar has decided to put a special mention paying homage to martyrs at the beginning of his film. He also said that the government has assured them to provide security to the exhibitor featuring the movie and will try to maintain law and order.

After the Uri terror attack, many political parties including the MNS have been demanding a ban on ADHM film that stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is scheduled to release on October 28, clashing with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay.

  1. Lag raha hai desh me modi nahi raj thakre ka sasan chal raha hai. Raj thakre bahut bada gunda hai aur namo uske samne nasmastak ho gaya. Sainik k khun k badla me 5cr. Le raha thakre. Aur dusri najar se dekha jai to ye sab karan johar ka publicity stunt tha. Ku6 vi karle shibay ko nahi rok paoge.

  2. A nation which is threatened by another country’s artistes seriously needs to take a closer look at itself :)
