War has held well on Wednesday as the film has collected 11.20 crores. It has dropped around 50% from yesterday which was a holiday hence the collections have held well.
The film is coming after a huge first week so it was expected to drop. But still, it has maintained a pretty good pace even on Wednesday. The total collections after 8 days stand at over 228 crores. It is now all set to become the highest grosser of 2019 by beating Kabir Singh. The film also has a chance to go over 300 crores depending on the second week.
It is likely to face another drop on Thursday but can pick up the momentum in the second weekend. There is not much of competition until Diwali which will help it to sustain. Though the pre-Diwali phase is usually dull as far the box office is concerned.
