But as the time progressed, differences started to arise between them. At last Tanu decided that she wants divorce. In the mean time they went to India to settle down their differences.

Too much confusion builds up when these characters meet. Will Manu be able to marry again with Kusum or he will patch up with his wife Tanu. What will be the outcome of Raja Aswathi love story? Watch the film to find out.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns Review: Direction, Screenplay, Editing
Anand L. Rai is master at creating heart touching love stories which have high dose of drama. Tanu Weds Manu Returns is not the exception.
Usually sequels dissapoint but Anand L. Rai makes sure this one surpasses the original. This time its plot is funnier and more twisted. Anand L. Rai is successful in drawing us into a romantic comedy throughout the movie. Though the second half is little lose. He tries to put too many characters into an actually simplistic story but he is successful in doing so. Screenplay The editing could have been slightly better. When it comes to art direction film is good considering the budget of the film.
Cinematography is really good as the film has been shot in Lucknow, Delhi, Kanpur, Haryana and London. Last but not the least, Krsna Solo music works wonders in the film. Banno, Mari Gali & Ghani Bawri are chartbusters. It will become even more popular after the release of film. The background score is also heart touching.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns Review: Star Performances
Kangana Ranaut is getting better and better. She delivers a performance that marks her light years ahead of any of her contemporaries. This time it is the double treat for audience as she features in a double role. We actually love Kusum Dattu innocence & her Haryanvi accent. Though she was also terrific as spunky Tanu. Surely an award worthy performance.
R. Madhavan is an actor of great caliber and he has proved it once again. He looks calm, sober and mature in the film. There are times when he looks reserved but that was his character demand.
Deepak Dobriya is the show stealer in Tanu Weds Manu Returns. He looks completely natural and fit in the role of Pappi. He will make you laugh out loudly.
Swara Bhaskar also looks impressive. Jimmy Shergill leaves a mark in short presence.
♦ Extremely Funny Plot
♦ Brilliant Direction
♦ Kangana The Queen
♦ Deepak Dobriya Comic Act
♦ A Little Lose 2nd Half
♦ Predictable At Times
