The most anticipated projects of this year Sultan is releasing this Wednesday. The film stars Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. It has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by YRF.

Sultan Screen Count:
Sultan is releasing in 4000 screens in India. YRF has opted for Ek Tha Tiger way to have a controlled release to get a massive occupancy. It is the biggest release of this year. In overseas, screen count will be around 1100 screens.
Sultan will get a 50-55 cr recovery from satellite rights but that will go to Salman Khan as his compensation. A further 15 cr has been recovered from music and other rights. Sultan will also get at least 30 cr share from overseas.
Recover Cost: 130 Cr
Hit: 145 Cr
Super Hit: 190 Cr
Blockbuster: 230 Cr
Only sky is the limit as far as box office potential buzz is concerned. The buzz, hype, advance booking everything is historic. The film is seen as 250 crores grosser by trade with normal word of mouth. If everything goes well, Sultan is going to rewrite box office history over its extended opening weekend.
