Sultan 17th Day Box Office Collection (3rd Friday): Sports drama Sultan, starring Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma, had a very good second week run at the box office and has crossed 500 crore mark worldwide. Sultan 17th Day Box Office Collection
Sultan has done good business on its 3rd Friday. According to the official figures Sultan 17th day collection is 2.14 crore. Today Madaari and Kabali were released and both of them have posted low numbers at the box office. The new releases did not affect much Sultan 3rd Friday collection. But the screen count of Sultan has been reduced further. Still it is having a good run at the multiplexes of metros.
Sultan box office collection in 17 days will be 280 crore. Looking at the trend, it seems that it will be touch and go situation as far 300 is concerned. The film had a good hold on second Thursday and it was expected that there will be less drop on its third Friday. However the lower screen count seems to affect Sultan collection.
The overseas performance has also been extraordinary as it has become the 2nd highest overseas grosser for Salman Khan. The worldwide collection is also expected to cross 600 crore. Once again Sultan will show big growth on Saturday and Sunday just like previous week. The new releases have poor reports and they are unlikely to grow.
