Rustom 7th Day Box Office Collection: Rustom continues its excellent trend on Thursday too. There was a Raksha Bandhan holiday which benefited Rustom collection, especially in Gujarat and Rajasthan. It has comfortably crossed yesterday’s collection which is a positive sign for the second weekend also.
Rustom 7th Day Box Office Collection Report
According to the official figures, Rustom 7th day box office collection will be 8.62 crore. The film has a very good start in the morning and noon shows as the occupancy was higher than yesterday. The multiplexes were solid while single screens did okay. The overall occupancy was 25-30%. Delhi/UP and East Punjab will have similar collections just like Wednesday. The big growth has come in parts of Central India and Gujarat.

Rustom box office collection in 7 days will be around 90 crore. Rustom 1st week box office collection is the second highest of this year behind only Sultan. It is also the highest ever for Akshay Kumar beating Airlift. The film is all set to enter into 100 crore club in the second weekend. It will be the 6th film of Akshay Kumar to do so.
In the second weekend, there is not much competition. Mohenjo Daro has slowed down at the box office and the new release Happy Bhaag Jayegi will not pose much of a threat. The multiplexes have been strong on weekdays and may continue to do so. Rustom is now in emerged a clean hit at the box office and will go on to become super hit soon.

Rustom 2nd Week Screen Count:
Rustom has retained the most number of screens at the multiplexes in the second week. In fact, at few places, Mohenjo Daro has been replaced by Rustom. Rustom 2nd week screen count will be 1850 screens.
This Friday Happy Bhaag Jaye Gi, Hollywood’s Ben Hur and some small films will release which will have little effect on Rustom collection.
