Kaabil and Raees are set to clash at the box office. Both films will release on 26th Januray 2017. The promos of Kaabil were released few days back. Now according to the latest reports, domestic and overseas rights have been sold for Rs 65 crore months before its release.
“I can comment on the figure for distribution rights and what you hear is correct. I don’t want to burden my distributors and hence Indian theatrical rights have been sold to them for Rs. 50 crore and overseas for Rs. 15 crore,” director Rakesh Roshan said in an interview to Bollywood Hungama.
The report further mentioned that when it came to selling films for distribution, both Roshan and Hrithik kept it in check so that everyone involved with their film project makes a good profit. Kaabil will start generating profits as soon as it crosses Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office.
The same kind of structure has been planned for overseas as well. Kaabil’s overseas rights have been sold for Rs 15 crore.

It means producer of the film not taking 100% guarantee of success of the film.for my opinion it’s just a semi hit film with over blind acting dukaan .ritik try something stylish film that suits to your personality…dhoom and bang bang..good stylish film of hritik.

Raees will be flop and Kaabil will be Hit, as it is a under budget film, which is already recoveries made by selling. Kaabil will be a HIT film, whereas Raees will flops as it is a costly film.
Both are flop actors , SRK with 2 flops in Dilwale and Fan and hritik in bang bang and Mohenjodaro.
finally race will win by hrithik with kaabil and one more flopfor srk with raees.
