Bollywood actor Aamir Khan who surprised everyone with his new lean look on his birthday party, is currently on a weight losing spree for his most awaited film Dangal. It took nearly three months for Mr. perfectionist to achieve his weight goals by following a strict weight loss schedule and gain the desired body for playing the role of younger wrestler in the film.

Here is Aamir Khan’s complete schedule while he was in USA.

Aamir Khan would kick start his day as early as 6 am and would follow a strict weight loss schedule while he was in Arizona in the US. His daily routine included venturing into the hilly regions to trek for hours at a stretch followed by cycling, weight exercises, swimming and playing tennis.

Aamir Khan also followed a special diet along with an extreme workout session assigned by his fitness trainer which he followed religiously. Aamir Khan, who had gained 22 kgs for playing the role of an ageing wrestler, has lost 13 kgs in six months and will be shedding more 12 kgs for his younger role.

In Dangal, Aamir will be playing the role of Mahavir Phogat who teaches wrestling to his two daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film will be releasing on Christmas this year.
