♦ SRK has given top 2 grossers of year twice (1995 and 2004).

Bollywood industry went through a bad phase from 1998 onwards. As you can see the highest grosser of the year continues to decline every year (with exception of Gadar). This trend continues till the release of Dhoom 2 in 2006.
By taking a look at the table, we can say that Bollywood has been ruled by three Khans, not in this decade by also in the 90’s. Only Hrithik Roshan has given them some competition in recent times.
