Duvvada Jagannadham 1st Weekend Box Office Collection: Allu Arjun’s DJ has an excellent first weekend as the film grossed 52.60 cr in all over India. It is the highest opening ever in the career of Stylish Star.

DJ has also grossed 7.50 crore in overseas markets with USA contributing the most. The worldwide gross is around 60 crores after 3 days. The reports of the film were mixed yet it is faring pretty well at the box office.

The film was made on a budget of 45 crore and the producers recovered around 100 crore before releases. Worldwide rights of the film were sold at 78 crores to distributors which is the highest amount paid for an Allu Arjun starrer. Recovery looks tough with GST rolling out from July 1 which will further reduce the distributor share.

  • India: 52.60 cr
  • Overseas: 7.50
  • Worldwide: 60.10 cr

    • An accepted REGIONAL movie almost beat so-called ‘megastar’ Salman’s movie.

Think what will happen when Salman face an accepted PAN-INDIA movie!

  2. Ppl were barking after 1st day collection as it grossed 33 and now stil in 60 and tubelight crossed hundred and 65 alone in india even with negative reviews and word of mouth. Taking thiss kind of film to this level after so much negative review from critics and public.
This is called stardom.one n only Salman khan

    • Dude, DJ is a REGIONAL movie. The fact that you are comparing a PAN-INDIA movie with a regional movie shows how bad Tubelight was… That’s not stardom, dude. That’s crap.
