Bajrangi Bhaijaan is probably the most awaited movie of 2015. The film stars Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead roles. It is directed by Kabir Khan and it is scheduled to release on 17 July 2015.
Today we will talk about box office prediction of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. This is our third part of the prediction. The opening day, weekend and first week collection will be predicted in this part.
There are many advantages for Bajrangi Bhaijaan to emerge as blockbuster. First of all the film stars Salman Khan which is the biggest super star in India. Even some of his average films like Ready and Dabbang 2 have emerged as blockbuster. Secondly it is releasing on festive season of Eid. We all know that how Salman movies work on Eid. His last four films released on Eid were Dabbang (2010), Bodygaurd (2011), Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Kick (2014). All those movie were blockbuster at the box office. Bajrangi Bhaijaan will also mark the comeback of Kabir-Salman whose previous film was Ek Tha Tiger.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan also looks different from Salman’s recent films as it has an emotional story. The buzz for bajrangi Bhaijaan is extremely high and it is growing with every passing day. The music of Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been well received and songs like Selfie Le Le Re, Bhar Do Joli Meri and Aaj Ki Party are rocking the music charts. But there is only one problem that film might face a religious controversy as it deals with the senstive issue of Hindu and Muslims relations.
♦ Salman Khan
♦ Release Date
♦ Salman-Kareena Chemistry
♦ Religious Controversy
Bajrangi Bhaijaan is releasing one day before Eid. So it will have a good opening day of 25-30 crore as Muslim community do not watch films during Ramadan period. But on second day it can challenger for highest single day collection, a record held by Happy New Year. After a record-breaking opening weekend, the film will be dependant on content. If word of mouth is positive then it can sustain well for 3-4 weeks.
