Bajirao Mastani has a excellent hold on 2nd Tuesday. According to official figures Bajirao Mastani 12th day box office collection is around 5.40 crore.
The film witnessed first considerable drop on its second Monday. But the good news is that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer has fared very well today. Though there is a considerable drop in single screens as compared to 2nd weekend.
Bajirao Mastani box office collection in 12 days will be 131.45 crore. The film has become the biggest success of Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It is also 4th highest grosser of Deepika and 2nd highest of Priyanka Chopra.
The film has finally crossed Dilwale collection and most likely will remain ahead now. It is a big achievement for a film like Bajirao Mastani to beat a Shahrukh Khan starrer. The success of Bajirao Mastani has also proved that ultimately only content will work at the box office. So in the future we may witness more clashes with masala entertainers.
It is still unclear that where Bajirao Mastani will land after completing its run. There is a new year weekend coming. Looking at the trend, it is expected to finish its lifetime run in the range of 160-170 crore. It can go further higher if it can get a huge boost on 3rd Friday which is a holiday.
