Airlift Monday Collection Update (4th Day):
The early trends suggest that Airlift has very good hold on Monday.
Airlift has normal drops in the morning shows as compared to Sunday. The best hold has come in Mumbai, Mysore and Delhi. The overall India occupancy was 30%. Both multiplexes and single screens were solid. The film has witnessed healthy growth on Sunday so the drop is even good.
Now it has to start picking up in the noon shows. There is a lot of scope for the growth as the word of mouth is terrific. The film has passed Monday test with flying colors.
Both Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani has done well over the weekend. But Monday is very crucial for both films. Because the film which holds better on Monday will be the winner at the box office in longer run and will take advantage of Christmas and new year holidays.
Airlift has an upward trend in the noon shows as the occupancy was 45%. It is now doing its best business in Mumbai. The reports from multiplexes are extremely positive. Airlift is expected to take a good jump in the evening.
